‎With the theme “Post-Harvest Celebration for Slukatan Coffee Enthusiasts,” this event will take place from 8:00 a.m. until finished at the Mudal Spring, Slukatan.

‎More than just a celebration of the coffee harvest, the Slukatan Coffee Gathering also offers tourists the chance to visit, enjoy local coffee, interact with the community, and capture memorable moments in Slukatan Tourism Village.

‎The rural natural setting, the spring, community activities, and local coffee offerings are all part of the experience tourists can enjoy during their visit.

‎Mojotengah Subdistrict Head Eko Widi invites the general public, especially tourists, to come and experience the atmosphere of the event.

‎“We invite the public and tourists to come to Slukatan. In addition to enjoying local coffee, visitors can also enjoy the natural surroundings and see firsthand the potential of Slukatan Tourism Village. Come, interact, and experience the sense of community here,” said Eko Widi.

According to him, events like this are one way to showcase the village’s potential while encouraging more people to learn about and visit Slukatan Tourism Village.

‎Meanwhile, Fahmi Hidayat, Head of the Wonosobo Regency Tourism and Culture Office, noted that coffee can serve as a gateway for tourists to gain a deeper understanding of the lives and potential of the village community.

‎“Coffee isn’t just about taste—it’s also about stories. There are stories of farmers, stories of nature, and stories of the community behind every cup of coffee. Through the Slukatan Coffee Gathering, tourists can come and gain firsthand experience of the local potential found in the village,” said Fahmi.

‎Fahmi also encouraged tourists not just to come and enjoy the coffee, but to capture the moments and share their experiences while in Slukatan Tourism Village via social media.

‎“We hope that visitors who come can enjoy the atmosphere of Slukatan, capture memorable moments, and then share them on social media. That way, more people will learn about the potential of Slukatan Tourism Village and be interested in visiting,” he added.
